Studio Policy

Monthly Payments

Payments must be received the first of each month. Once registered, your account will be updated to the first of each month.

Additional Costs

Lesson rates ONLY apply to weekly lessons. Additional lessons, or rehearsals are an additional $40 (40% discount for current students). Recitals are an additional $25 per student. Materials are at an additional cost. This does not include accompanist fees.

Missed Lessons

Lessons are discounted to facilitate life’s needs. If you need to miss a lesson, you may choose another date to make up the lesson if the schedule permits. If I need to miss a lesson, I will make it up to you. It is your responsibility to keep track of your lessons. Neither refunds or deduction are provided. 

Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel lessons on or by June 1:

Your account will be closed with a $0 fee.

Canceling anytime outside of December 31 (middle school students only) and June1

• a rate equivalent to one month of lessons will be applied to your account.

• You will lose access to the website, free materials, and performance opportunities.

• You will not be able to register for additional lessons after your account is closed.
